Yes, the whole Lone Star thing is indeed a circus. I would've been more willing to support Lone Star, if they had at least first tried to work with the board, and perhaps just pushed to get one director on board initially. Failing that, they would then have had more cause to take more drastic action.
Instead, launching this takeover through the media and a PR campaign has earned them no respect in my books.
