    From what I recall, AZZ netted 156M USD from the asset sale in 2011, and - if they pull the current sale off - have now increased the asset value to 300M (less say 50MUSD for the debt outstanding).

    Some of you have followed this company much closer than I have over the years - and obviously don't have a lot of faith in management. What deals have they announced that have not gone through?
