Not sure about "sad" Bloor, I would say naieve, and impatient to be selling now (IMHO of course), this thing could take off at any time, and yes - on the back of today's announcement a keen eye sees that the JORC just keeps getting bigger and bigger with every ANN.

Im picking that there is a good chance north will meet south, AVB will be a world class producer, that the JORC will surprise, and that 2012 will be significant for AVB holders.

Won't be letting the vulcheres anywhere near my stash ;-)
