And that the whole issue. Derek was asked in the interview on 3AW how ADO test accuracy compared to PCR tests. Derek responded the PCR was more accurate (although ADO RAT based on nasal mucas was not so far behind) because it used a much higher amplification to detect antigens. So it seems ADO was aware of the sensitivity issues with their saliva test.
