A personal story pixie my sister was driving to work at a local hospital when she had tingling in both arms more shoulder and back pain than chest pain, she got herself to emergency where the nurses were very concerned straight away after seeing a doctor who suggested she had indigestion, luckily a senior nurse dismissed that and wanted more tests done which categorically showed at 39yrs old she'd had a mild heart attack. Flown that night by helicopter to Geelong and operated on for a not known heart defect she'd carried all her life. So yes woman do experience different symptoms but a small device with a droplet of blood would have told a moron doctor the facts in 5 mins not the couple of hours we all had to wait which could have been disastrous.
