Come on Garath. The proposal would have been discussed in person or via technology , possibly many times, before sending the proposal through for consideration by the EV company/s.
It's a step forward in this Marathon ADO finds itself in.
I know from experience Cold Calling/visiting companies to generate opportunities is hard work. Getting to the right person is hard work.
Unless ADO are exaggerating the proposal its good news imo.
However I agree with you ADO's self promotion is sorely lacking.
