If 100 shareholders put their hands up for full allocation of $30,000 the retail offer will be fully subscribed
1000 shareholders put in $3000 its fully subscribed
5000 shareholders put in $600 its fully subscribed
Directors allowed to participate and they have indicated they will do so fully.

Don't think it's going to be an issue for them to score an extra 3 million $ that they give impression is not really needed.
