With all due respect - it’s not up to a private company to control what a publicly listed company should announce to all shareholders at the same time.
The company is obligated to announce the market - price sensitive or not. - to the whole market, existing shareholders and new shareholders news at the same time.
You could argue whether it is price sensitive or not - but it is not for the company to email those shareholders or interested parties who have happened to have subscribed to the email newsletter.
I would be VERY surprised with the NEW ahead Of Corporate Governance - Katherine is not all over this .
This is unacceptable
