AnteoTech renews AnteoBind contract with Ellume, page-136

I wonder if this is a case of under-deliver and releasing the announcement was to avoid criticism?

If it was not material then

• there is no change in revenues to Anteo even though we expect a huge lift in orders to satisfy the expected Ellume production rate
• The agreement struck is only short term?
• Ellume are too busy with their recall and replacement program causing this to be a short term agreement. Note we will have to supply Anteobind for an extra 2.2M tests

Which ever way you look at it the release in this manner was very poor indeed. Looks like it was not meant to get attention. The last distributor agreements were similar.
Anteo publish your announcements via ASX so all shareholders can/get the announcement and not hide them.
