Assume Ellume accounted for 25% of that figure = $220k
Contract with Ellume was "renewed" at say no better or worse for either company then $220k figure remains
Lets be pessimistic and assume Ellume given 50% reduction on price of antebind for massive volume increase then reduced to $110k for year
As per Ellume's announcement of production capacity going from 100,000 tests per month to 19,000,000 test per month = 19 times greater volume
Then $110k x 19 times = product sales to Ellume alone of $2,090,000
If majority of $877k product figure sales was to Ellume and current materials selling price remains, then product sales to Ellume could be amount to approx $16.6m.

It just depends on how optimistic or pessimistic one is with the information to hand.
