Not sure why no official announcement around this, but if someone is given information that could be considered price sensitive and they use that information to trade shares wouldnt this be seen as insider trading.
The fact that some shareholders got an email from the company and not all shareholders leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
How ASX dont think the resigning of the deal isn't worthy of an announcement is beyond me, if one is reading what the company has released correctly.
I have seen a number of announcements issued with the figures not disclosed because of confidentially
