If Ellume DID NOT re-sign but indicated to Anteo that they were discontinuing their use of AnteoBind moving forward and we did not disclose it I am sure that the ASX or ASIC would kick up a big fuss about it being material

Have they seen what previous announcements re: Ellume have done to our share price ?

How can anyone not consider it worthy of an official ASX announcement ???

I never expected exact terms or conditions to be announced and I am all for "commercial in confidence" but as per Gareth surely we can put a clear, simple positive spin on it.
