Agree entirely, is there any way of knowing whether ADO tried to announce to the ASX and were knocked back?
I'm totally confused by what is allowed and what isn't allowed to be announced by/on the ASX, if the deal is revenue generating then surely it should be allowed to be announced, whether price sensitive or not, as I write this ADO is currently down 0.8c, if it was announced I venture to say it would be the other way around and more.
Not all shareholder's are on the mailing list or look at the newsroom on the ADO website.
