    If they are not partucularly obliged to make an announcement, ADO is probably holding this one in their back pocket in case of a SP dip in order to bolster it as needed.

    It is just a waiting game and they are trying to keep sh's from being discouraged - and leave doors open for CR.

    All IMO.
