AnteoTech renews AnteoBind contract with Ellume, page-65

5 years ago Ellume were signed as a seed customer.
Both companies were in R&D phase, trying to develop a commercial enterprise.
We agreed to sell our tech for a modest price to help Ellume get a product to market, and to encourage them to keep working with our tech and not look elsewhere.
This announcement clearly states the terms have changed to reflect the new circumstances of both companies reaching the commercial phase of both businesses.
Why would Anteo sign a commercially insignificant contract when we in our new commercial phase and not needing a small amount of income from Ellume.
It doesn’t make sense for both companies to sign anything less than a decent agreement beneficial to both parties.
So I am expecting a greatly increased price to be paid by Ellume many times higher than the initial seed agreement.
Anything other than that makes no sense for either party.
