Talking with a number of highly experienced people, well respected brokers and institutional investors in the field, beneficial institutional investors do not come in on heavily discounted capital raisings; rather introductions, outlining of solid plans and evidence the company is executing effectively. This of course takes time to occur maybe 12 to 18 months or more.
