You are not telling us anything new. You had SAVR, yes SAVR does last a lot longer than the current TAVR which is why for younger patient , it is currently preferred over TAVR.
But AVR is the game changer here. It may well last as long as SAVR for a fraction of the risk of an open heart.
You are quite muddled up. SAVR and TAVR are different beasts. We are talking about dominating the TAVR space currently though the initial now halted SAVR studies in Belgium also holds a lot of promise on the SVAR space .
