Unfortunately they will not.... They are both weak entities who only make superficial statements on listed companies without action and would rather go after small fish who gain the market through influence.
The flavour of the month wins everything and at this stage its not on the actions of unscrupulous bad actors who have a means of ligitimisng their transactions.
It is sad to say, however nothing will happen to anyone involved in the demise of the company.
No wonder some absconded to Malaysia.

I doubt any small shareholder will be able to obtain a return once all is said and done.
