    IMHO, the announcement was a big positive - the MMME has now committed to renewing the EPLs in writing. it removes the uncertainty caused by the designation of uranium as a "strategic mineral" in namibia, as well as concerns that the EPLs would not be renewed as pay back for the litigation with malakia.

    all this massively derisks MLS.
