What should have happened, and probably would have happened had 2 juniors been involved ,was that some heavy from RIO as soon as they saw CAZ`s application, should have put a carton under his arm and knocked on McMahon`s door and said "Macca! ...We need to talk" in which case this situation would have been resolved by now and CAZ would probably be closer to $10 than $2.
Things are a lot simpler down at the Drillers level
