What we are waiting for is the AELB to accept the two submitted proposals to fulfil the two new conditions.
As AELB is a government department, I assume that the anti-lynas crowd cannot legally stop them from issuing their ruling on whether the Lynas proposals fulfil the two conditions.
I phoned Lynas to ask them regarding this point and awaiting a return phone call.
Anyone have any ideas?
