The drive downs with lots of selling
generate huge Volume ( relative ) and spring back up

This is because the sell volume initiated a lot of BUYING

how many times now ?

cycles change because everyone catches on

Now We have a boring narrow spread
with sellers meeting strong support

This has the effect of keeping competition on the buy side away..keeps the traders away .. allows steady absorption

This has been going on since the first climatic sell down

since then all charts show the action conforming to a channel with a 1 in 8 uptrend... hardly an uptrend

But evidence of significant accumulation over an extended interval..

Over this period there was one speculative spike
which was dumped on.. But many more keen buying off the bottoms..

Atm... being held above where the bargain hunters would like to buy... and below where the traders would jump on... nice steady volume being soaked into a sponge..

Time to watch very closely..

As the action unfolds and prices fluctuate .. There can not but be little setups being formed

little springs being wound.. little jump off points being generated..

nice little setup at .43 and a large formation ( more width ) at .44

So can the buyers keep the action at .42 .425
Or does the cycle change and something different become required
