12 months ago a US Federal court judge said Teva ,Mylan, Heritage Pharma couldn't dodge anti trust claims of them conpiring to increase the price of a generic blood pressure medication.
A former Teva employee has also launched a class action saying the company concealed price fixing.
September 2016 Teva launch a generic daptomycin ( no competition from Mylan ).
Is this not something the Arbitrator would be mulling over?
