I have to ask how you have valued a payout and what payout you expect to give XX share price? .

It is a massive gamble with no way of supporting the argument and even if there is a pay out there will be little information that is verifiable. It doesn't mean the technology is good as it may just be a breach of contract that results in possible payment. As for the comment by others on maybe getting the full 300 mill of the ambit claim- yeah right - odds on that with any arbitration where 100% of claim is given to a minnow against a major?
Then it actually has to get paid as everyone points out what nice amiable people Mylan, strides etc are and money means nothing to em.Why would they delay payment in India against a weakling POH. They were going to make a early offer then yadda yadda yadda and now the comparisons in arbitration timeline have been given against uncomplicated arbitrated cases who had a massively minisclue median financial outcome. But hey you never know.

Simply at the minute POH has stuff all cash, stuff all income, lot of expenses and a couple of left field possibilities that are early stage and hell knows what they have been doing but it isn't putting serious data out to industry or shareholders of positive trials by and large or cost comparisons etc.
