Totally agree RB. Some other poster a few months ago suggested that $60mil was what they were going for. I recall answering an e-mail in that stream saying that I did not believe POH would get more than $100mil and that $60mil was the likely figure. As you say, POH did not give any over optimistic figures. It is interesting that they gave out 30% at $60mil and 50% above that up to #100mil. Seems logical that they would want to retain at least 50% of any settlement. So maybe that is a pointer that they don't expect a figure greater than that. I think Mylan has put away $100mil (its subsidiary) and told their shareholders they would not need anymore.
