    That is not true: Most overdoses occur due to the unregulated potency of street drugs.
    Even experienced addicts understand this, and stick to the same dealers, who, they hope, will advise them accurately about the strength of the particular batch.

    Then, when a batch comes through that is much stronger than anyone expects, the dose that the user normally takes, ends up as an overdose.
