Cost incurred as a direct result of others choices are usualy lawyers bread and butter. I suspect when a business is closed or people loose income as a direct results of others actions we might see court cases?

People in pain due directly to Anti vax/vax refusers have a good reason to be angry I think.
Already at court in the US "A US federal judge is weighing what she called a first-of-its-kind lawsuit that would hold an employer responsible for a worker’s spouse getting sick with COVID-19."
