Indonesia is paying the price of the anti-vax movement's lies.
Even grossly under-reported case loads are looking close to vertical on graphs with death tolls to follow because hospitals can't manage. Unlike Sydney there is no bed capacity let alone ICU capacity and oxygen is in short supply.
In any other century, alt right political activists who sought political gain by feeding the foil hat anti-vax movement would be facing capital charges IMHO.
