Who see that IT DOESN'T WORK - you are still likely to contract the virus, you have equal viral loads to spread it,
Watching countries with the highest jab rates being locked down again (refer above, it clearly doesn't work),
Know that natural immunity is many multiples more effective,
Are not in an at risk age group and are willing to take their 99+% survival odds,
Want long term safety data that outweighs the short term risks...
