Andrews gave anti-vaxers extra time to get the jab - that date is when the 90% fully vaccinated threshold is crossed and as of tonight ~88% of Victorians are double dosed. We're on track to cross the 90% double dosed threshold on November 24th.

At that point the situation in Victoria will roughly align with what's happening throughout NSW - unvaccinated people will be locked out of the ' vaccinated economy ', which is as it should be since they become an extreme risk to those living in a Covid Normal world.
