IMO anti-Vaxxers should first say up front that they will pay their own hospitalisation costs rather than rely on social Medicare should they be hospitalised due to Covid. That's putting one's wallet where one's mouth is.
Its fine to be anti-social (recalcitrant) but that liberty comes with responsibility and in this case an anti-vaxxer should not be allowed to use socialised medicine when that individual has refused to accept the social remedy to minimise self harm; namely get vaccinated
