Yeah that is how you'd read it, and they went up at a time when more people than ever were vaccinated. So a higher percentage of the population were vaxxed, and out of that total population more people died of covid than died before. It's sort of meant to go the other way, there is meant to be a correlation between jabs and covid deaths, but it's not meant to be positive.

No doubt if the deaths had flattened, you'd have seen the correlation, now .. not so much.
