your problem is not caused by cookies - you have installed a browser hijacker which is highlighting specific text in your posts. You've probably inadvertently installed it when downloading something else.
you need to look at installed programs and find the culprit.

if you see something you don't recognise in your installed programs google it and find out what it does.

also if you have this sort of problem, post it in 'feedback' not on stock threads and the admins will probably tell you what's going on....
