ok this is easy....

Depending on the keyboard configuration, you should find a key marked "Print Screen"

Push this once with the error showing on yr desktop. Now you need to paste this image somewhere.

Now if you running XP Open Word and click edit paste and the image should be there. Save the file as something (on yr desktop so you can find it) and then upload the file some where so we can read and see the error. You may need some free webspace to upload it(or isp should have given you some)

PS Try downloading this:

www.hamrick.com download vueprint and buy it is only $US14.00 and just the best program to be able to view images with. If you had this, you would have the image on the clipboard you would launch Vueprint click edit/paste and save as jpg. So easy not funny !!!
