Saddam has it in his power to prevent anyone getting killed. I wonder how he feels having killed, maimed and tortured hundreds of thousands (millions?) of people including women and children and what he feels about killing more.
How many more would Hitler have killed if he hadn't been stopped. There are times when it becomes a necessary evil - when all else fails.
