Yes Thalweg very seldom see any triple therapy these days. Proton pump inhibitors remain mainstay of treatment, and an alarming amount I might add. I feel alot of non-ulcer dispepsia is dominating our population from probably stress, alcohol, diet and other lifestyle factors that have changed dramatically over the last 10-15 years.This could be another whole thread topic.
Back on thread topic I wonder if Benzoyl Peroxide or other similar topical P.acnes treatments could be effective if rubbed in topically to the lower back? Food for thought!
