It was that simple - it was tracking sideways and out of contention for a continual rise. Just simply must break 16.5 or its good night.
PS,
A churn is simply selling more shares than you buy
(eg) buy 1,000,000 up to 15.5 and loose 1,500,000 at 15.5 and 16.
If you are churning and need to lob out 20million shares you might need to buy 40million to sell 60million.
