I am inclined to agree.
Whereas PEK has a rich history of mediocre responses to great news, these were all based around the quality and the quantity of the resources. We all knew the resource was great and the fact that it was 'even greater' hardly mattered given that the project did not have a firm exit strategy.
Now that we're getting news regarding a partner to ensure long term financial & business viability, I expect the SP has now bottomed and will bounce up dramatically (assuming a fair appraisal.)
Just my thoughts.
