    I dont think this is an issue

    After all, if you look back to the September announcement that contains the changes, the changes were only PROPOSED.

    In addition, there is reference that amendments to the note deed would need to be made and agreed upon.
    From the wording of the announcement last night, this wasnt agreed to by the company.

    Therefore I dont think there is any issue.

    Thats my reading of it anyway
