My personal point is, that they may be surprised about the results of the HC accumulation determined so far.
At Mesquite all four wells (Shefcic and Webernick) are within a radius of around 300m - at Rayburn the distance between Duncan #2 and Hlavinka Duncan #1 ia about 4km !
(Please check Texas RRC and the drilling permit application database - furthermore they apperently to liscense more accrage there)
It seems to be a really huge discovery.
