not pretending anything FDS.. it is what it is….my personal thought would be that in The short term, it is detrimental to the image and therefore sales of EV’s….that they are still not to be entirely trusted as there are fire risks attached. That’s two recalls now at over a billion a piece.. if I am not mistaken…..I read One German town has banned them from public car parks and another couple woke to their house being on fire when their EV went up… it’s not a risk I would take when there are safer vehicles to buy. No doubt they will eventually fix the issue. Then we have the UK legislating to limit overnight household EV charging because there are already Grid power shortages from investing in renewables…….lots to overcome IMO.
