I believe you are missing the point,
The EV move is not being pushed by HC posters, it is being pushed by every country and major car manufacture. Graphite based anodes are used in the majority of the battery packs that are currently available.
Can I suggest if you have this many fears of a EV, that you stick to ICE vehicles, or charge your EV at a charging station or in your driveway at home.
The smart people in the worlds will solve many of the concerns that you have about battery fires as I said previously there are numerous methods to reduce the risk of fire.
Do you know if the Chevy bolts battery pack is just a pouch cell, prismatic, or cylinder battery pack?
