I'm glad you have such a positive cheerleaderish outlook but the reality is that Kwinana requires an update as it is decidedly way late against the project schedule Spinks himself released. So other than " life's good take it easy" which by the way has been your running excuse for missed milestones for several months, perhaps you can give an actual reason you believe Kwinana is not progressing.

Patience isn't the answer, rather a reasonable expectation of our BOD and Spinks to under promise and over deliver not perpetually the other way round. Right now I would settle for Spinks actually getting a single project started.
Perhaps our new head of communications can explain our delivery failures before god forbid announcing another distracting shiny project to distract from failure to start
