I have been down to my core LYC holdings during this period of general market uncertainty. This market will always tend to discount potential over reality, even though in our case, that potential is backed by developed mineral assets.

The issue of a pre operating licence for the LAMP does remain a source of real uncertainty and the company needs to be very careful with its public statements. The Malaysian Government is not about to be rushed with its decision. Any perceived pressure from the company could be counterproductive. In any event, completion of the LAMP is not now expected until some time (early) next year, so production is not being adversely affected as the Malaysian Government considers the licence application.
