Excellent points, Opaline. Lynas has to tread the high wire between keeping the market satisfied and the shareprice supported, while at the same time NOT be seen to be pushing the Malaysian Govt or preempting any decisions, or taking a decision for granted.
But today's bounce seems quite significant, and maybe, just maybe, it's the smart money either covering shorts, or getting early in anticipation of the POL announcement.
