I'm in for some more today, I see good value here, being in the mining industry and bought property you learn what financial institutions big or small, other stakeholder interest and ensuring all legalities are taken care of can really be unpredictable. Sometimes it will go off without a hitch and sometimes you can only pick dates into the future which all parties agree to when any small thing requires more time to finalise.
If all still commit to the deal and agree to an extension the deal normally still happens.
Todd and the team have as far as I can research not held things back in announcements which are pretty simple and explanatory.
If it doesn't eventuate whats the worst that can happen?
My humble opinion is have patience and it will be finalised
