One of the videos showed someone talking to the guys wife at the crash scene saying he tried to run people over, the guy himself said he wasn't trying to hurt anyone, and Goomantoong says a reporter on FOX said "not at any time did they try to run anyone over".
The driver reversed down the road from one intersection back down to the previous intersection when people were walking on the road, he hit another car, and then took off again.
So he was accused of attempting to run over people at the time of the event, and it was also mentioned on FOX in a denial.
Correct it isn't all the available footage, lots still omitted.
