The talk about an existing spanish ruling from the ICSID but no one being able to show it made me suspicious. So I looked on the ICSID database and I am now worried.
It looks like the case has been filed under the name EnviroGold : https://icsid.worldbank.org/cases/case-database/case-detail?CaseNo=ARB(AF)/20/1
The pretty new EnviroGold website does not show any link with AAU or that they would provide anything to us. https://envirogoldglobal.com/
So my questions are:
is EnviroGold still a subsidary of AAU as it was under Pantera Gold Ltd time?
who will get the arbitration money? EnviroGold or AAU?
