The talk about an existing spanish ruling from the ICSID but no one being able to show it made me suspicious. So I looked on the ICSID database and I am now worried.
It looks like the case has been filed under the name EnviroGold :

The pretty new EnviroGold website does not show any link with AAU or that they would provide anything to us.

So my questions are:
- is EnviroGold still a subsidary of AAU as it was under Pantera Gold Ltd time?
- who will get the arbitration money? EnviroGold or AAU?
