Good or bad news really depends on what we know about the whole picture. Likely to announce restart BTX1801 study, continual silence on BTX1702 and announce timing of BTX1503 FDA meeting. Everyone will interpret as great news and the buzz will continue.
In background we would really like to know is why they should get such a sweetheart deal on options ( good thing they announced QIDP status just after pricing period expired for those) and since they downsized 70% of staff how are they executing to timelines and reduced spend as previously disclosed. We should not pay them for performance before they perform. Since they removed the list of largest shareholders from website, are the US Funds still invested thereby giving us confidence that others also suppport the vision and plan being espoused by the Board
What does Phase 3 acne study look like and how will they fund that if green lighted by FDA? Do they need significant CR or partnership to move forward?
Anyone planning to be in Perth next week should ask these questions. Which raises my last question why have in person meeting only when the entire world remains on shut down or
